To schedule your volunteer time, you will use our new volunteer logistics app – Volgistics.
Step 1: Log in.
Use your new login name and password to log in at http://vicnet.pitt.edu.
Step 2: Sign up!
- From the Volgistics Home tab, you can access any other tab. Go to the “My Schedule” tab to see upcoming clinics.
- Click “Help Wanted” on any of the calendar dates to see the available volunteer roles.
- Find a date, a time, and a role that works for you! Click on the “Schedule Me” button.
- Verify that you have the right role, date, and time by clicking the “Yes” button under “Is this correct?”
- Note: Volunteer coordinators may need to move you to a different role based on clinic needs.
