Student Activities

In all operational postures, student activities should be held remotely to the extent possible.

Student activities must be conducted in accordance with the University’s Health Standards and Guidelines, as well as Standards and Guidelines regarding Meetings, Conferences, Events, and Guests, which are applicable to gatherings both on- and off-campus.

Activities that have an identifiable function that cannot be achieved remotely may request permission of the relevant dean or campus president to host in-person activities. All attendees at in-person meetings, events and gatherings must abide by all of Pitt’s health rules including wearing a face covering and maintaining at least six feet of physical distance between yourself and others whenever possible.
